Dan is serving as the principal for grades K-8 at Hillcrest International School in Papua, Indonesia. This is a school primarily for expatriate children from many different organizations, supporting work including translation, church planters/evangelism, national training, aviation, oral health, and almost everything in between. Please pray for wisdom, discernment and insight as Dan leads the elementary and middle school. Also ask the Lord of the harvest to send the needed teachers and staff to meet the needs of the families called to serve in Indonesia.
Michelle volunteers in a general practice medical clinic at the international school, taking care of the health needs of students and their families, as well as the staff at the school. She is also on call 24/7 to help meet the emergency medical needs of the missionary community at large, and will be able to put her Nurse Practitioner skills to good use. Teaching Indonesians basic health principles and helping meet their desire to learn more English is another thing she enjoys doing on the side.
David has finished a one-year discipleship training school through Torchbearers International, in Fraser, Colorado. He hopes to attend a Christian College or one of the Wichita technical schools in the coming year. Please pray with him for clear leading from the Holy Spirit regarding his future plans.
Gabby enjoyed her freshman year in high school at Northwest, in Wichita. She finished a great basketball season playing on the NW freshmen girls team and is enjoying the student ministries program here at CCC. Pray for a smooth transition for her as she steps back into high school at Hillcrest for her sophomore year.
